It seems that the day I complained about almost being homeless something was watching over me. I'd say God, but I lost my faith and belief in him a loooooooong time ago. (And, no my Catholic parents are none too happy about that)

You see the very next day this awesome woman called me and offered me a job. A much better job than the one I had at Allstate.

It's funny, you always hear things happen for a reason and with most things in my life I still don't know the reason, but getting fired from Allstate was actually a good thing! I can grow at Geico and I can actually use my insurance license! BIG plus!

This is why I've been MIA for a while, I'm so wiped out learning new things, things that the people at Allstate either didn't want me to learn or were too lazy to teach me.

Not only am I a huge Jericho and Survivor freak, I've been a CSI: Vegas fan since the show started. Not only because it's a great show, but it has drool-worthy guys on there. We've got Eric Szmanda as Greg Sanders, Gary Dourdan as Warrick Brown, William Petersen as Gil Grissom and...

George Eads as Nick Stokes. He's my favorite brown eyed man...Ok girls, commence drooling:

Still a winner...

Ok, so most of you who know me know I absolutely LOVE the Indianapolis Colts. And, unless you live in a box or just don't care know that today's game was VERY important...Colts played N.E Patriots...both teams were undefeated. AND, even though my Colts led until 5 min of the fourth quarter those damned Pats STILL won...24-20.

And, even though my Colts are now 7-1....and the Pats are still the only undefeated team in the NFL, I STILL LOVE my Colts.

Competition

We all love a little friendly competition, we wouldn't be human if we didn't. Somehow I got my roommate to participate in NaNo. She's never really written before, I take that back, she's never written a novel. She's more of a poetry girl.

So imagine how stoked I was to learn she was going to participate! I've gone from supporting her (which I still do, I love having a writing buddy at home) to actually competing to see who can get the most words in!

It's all friendly though, no name calling or hair pulling has started...yet. :0)

Hot Mama Friday

Ok well, not exactly a hot mama, but how about a hot hunk??

For the first Hot Mama Friday I have to give props to a local hunk...Freddie Long. He is absolutely wonderful singer and great performer. After all who in their right mind would allow my roommate and I to dance on stage with tambourines??

Whooo-hooo....

It's here!!! NaNoWriMo is here......I would say more, but I wanna win like last year. So, you won't be seeing me for a while! Aw, hell...I have to give you your Britney fix for the day. Looks like she didn't dress up for Halloween, she just went as herself. Poor girl. She needs help, but if she gets it then I'm screwed. Who will I have to talk about? TomKat stay out of the spotlight (and I was oh-so obsessed with them) so if Brit-Brit gets help, who else is there? On a serious note I apologize for my rant yesterday...you see my controlling father took it upon himself to inform me that it was just not ok to only have one interview since I was fired (a week ago)...all the while I'm thinking it was pretty damned good. So I was rather irritated yesterday.

Bitch for the day...

Ok I fully understand that most people would say things happen for a reason or that God doesn't give you more than you can handle...truth is...I'm at my breaking point.

1) I lost custody of my son because my ex lied and my soon to be ex is an asshole.

2) I left my soon to be ex thinking we would be able to work on things and have a stronger relationship, unbeknownst to me he just wanted to screw around.

3) My ex finds humor in not letting me forget he's a "Christian" all the while telling my son lies about me and talking bad about me in front of him.

4) When I actually went back to re-gain full custody I was asked on the stand why I allowed my soon to be ex to wipe cat shit on my son's teeth....sad thing is, the child fully believes this happened!

5) After a year and half with my company I was fired last week because "I was not a good fit for the company." WTF

So, I can't take anymore. I have $10 to my name, the severance pay check is already spent on bills...and to actually get help from my parents I have to endure assholishness...ie: We give you money and now I get to control how you look for a job.....

I'mthisclose to losing it.

I always try to be nice, I hate to hurt people's feelings and just be an asshole when it comes to the human race...no matter how crappy they are being to me.

But, I found this pic and had to share with all because the first thing that popped into my head was hysterical! Take a look.While I troll all celeb sites I also troll the news sites and no one said anything about anyone finding a way to time travel. So, my question is, how did someone get a pic of Britney Spears ten years from now????
